Portrait images and video are the presence and future of social media! They take up more space on a user’s mobile device screen, which makes them more visually striking and attention-grabbing. We are looking for images suitable for 9:16 cropping and vertical video to use in our digital communication.

To make the submission process as smooth and straightforward as possible, we have outlined the following guidelines for you to follow.

What assets we are looking for

We are looking for a variety of assets to help showcase your latest and most recent products, including:

High-quality product photography that showcases the product on a white background
In-situ photography that shows the product in a real-life setting
Editorial photography that showcases the product in a styled setting.
Video that showcases the finished product or the design manufacturing process.
Detailed product descriptions that provide information about the product’s features, materials, and dimensions.
Portrait video and photography, ideally 9:16 ratio

Quantity and frequency

To keep our website and marketing materials up to date, our goal is to feature a minimum of 10-15 new products each quarter, but we encourage you to submit as many as you would like. This will give us the flexibility to showcase a variety of your products and keep our customers engaged with your brand.

How to prepare your files

To ensure that your files meet our requirements, please make sure to follow our submission guidelines below:

Step 1: Ensure that the files you are submitting are in high resolution.

Step 2: Name your files appropriately and include a brief description of the product in the filename.

Step 3: Compress your files into zip folders before uploading.
