Wolk began to pursue his passion immediately after graduating from Pratt Institute, honing his considerable skills working on John Lennon’s and Yoko Ono’s Joko Recording studio in Soho. Michael Wolk has established a name for himself among the most prestigious clients covering multiple disciplines, including The Related Group, Deyer/Trump Developers, Burger King, Sony, Lionstone Development Corporation, Goldman Properties, MIA Shoes and owners of numerous private properties.
Michael Wolk is known for producing timeless collections that include numerous design classics. The firm’s numerous accolades run the gamut from the ASID International Product Design Award, AIA Interior Designer of the Year, grand prizes in numerous Florida Style Furniture Design Competitions to BASF Fame Awards, ASFD Pinnacle Awards and the DCOTA Stars of Design Award for Best Product Designer.
