The Plank Upholstered Bed by Huppé is a Joel Dupras-designed platform bed with a horizontal panel headboard and slip-covered frame with 45-degree stitched corners, in standard, extended, and storage versions.
The Plank Upholstered Bed by Huppé is a refined platform bed designed by Joel Dupras, anchored by a headboard composed of tasteful horizontal upholstered panels that create a clean, layered presence. The frame is wrapped in a slip cover of fabric or leather, finished with a 45-degree double stitch at each corner for a polished look. The bed base includes either a wooden platform or Italian slats and does not require a box spring. Three versions are available: a standard Queen or King, an Extended Queen or King with a wider frame profile, and a Queen Storage model featuring a hidden under-mattress storage compartment that opens both vertically and horizontally. The storage mechanism was designed and built in Italy. The Plank Upholstered Bed coordinates with the Plank Dresser and Plank 2-Drawer Nightstand to complete a bedroom suite.
