Boca Raton’s Newest Addition

ALINA Residences is Boca Raton’s newest addition in Luxury Living. The nine story High-rise features condominiums, villas and penthouses in the heart of downtown. ALINA has partnered with renowned architectural interior design firm, Garcia and Stromberg and Sklar Furnishings to provide beautiful common areas throughout the building.

Building a Strong Relationship

The ALINA Residences are the most impressive development in Boca Raton right now, overlooking the Boca Raton Resort and Club in the heart of downtown. ALINA, when completed, will consist of three luxury condominium buildings. The first phase, a 147 unit high-rise, was just completed and plans for the next phase are in the works.

Sklar partnered with ALINA in its early stages of development as their go to Design firm. As we began to work on the project we were introduced to their architectural partners, Garcia and Stromberg and together we collaborated on creating common areas that are comfortable and livable for the owners of ALINA. The common areas have a spirit of health and wellness with an onsite spa, lush green spaces and soothing reflection gardens.

As we began to work together and build our trust, ALINA approached Sklar Furnishings to work together on not only the common areas but to design and furnish the model condominium and on-site sales gallery.

Teamwork

ALINA Residences are an incredible work of art. From the minute you pass through the front doors you are greeted with a one of a kind chandelier. Sklar Furnishings was able to collaborate with our partners in Italy to bring the design to life!

Each piece of furniture, artwork and accessory has been carefully curated by the team at Sklar Furnishings. Garcia and Stromberg provided the road map and Sklar, using their vendor partnerships, cultivated each piece to fit that vision.

Working with Clients at ALINA

Sklar Furnishings is proud to work with many of the new residents of ALINA as their Interior Designer as we create inspired and unique spaces. We have helped clients with everything from designing and building closets, choosing unique wallpaper and paint colors, to window treatments, lighting, rugs and furniture. We have also provided great solutions to the Flex Room by showcasing options for them from a library, media room, large closet or game room to an extra bedroom/office. When working with Sklar Furnishings the new owners have found we are able to make their vision a reality!
