We were fortunate, as a design team, to be asked to participate in the 2014 Lighthouse Point Designer Show House benefiting Food for the Poor, Inc. and were assigned the entrance foyer, living room and dining room. This is a brand new large Coastal style home on the intra-coastal.
Our Design approach to this beautiful open space, with views to the lushly landscaped pool area, was to create an elegant and inviting room for comfortable entertaining that reflects the natural environment. The eclectic mix of organic contemporary furnishings along with transitional pieces upholstered in off white linen fabrics with accents of soft ocean colors exudes a sophisticated but yet serene space.
This was a wonderful representation of Sklar Furnishings ability to create beautiful interiors in any design style and was very well received.
