Designed by Luca Nichetto for Twils, Biggie is a substantial piece, purposefully wide and comfortable. The fluidity of its profile envelops the ample proportions in a distinctly modern ensemble, and the feet add a formal, clearly visible accent that gives the bed its personality and character. The design revolves around the characteristic shell that also defines the sofa, armchair, and lounge chair of the Biggie collection. The structure is built from Baydur polyurethane covered in resin fibre, with headboard cushions filled with a mix of goose feather and polyester and black matt painted metal feet. Upholstery is available in fabric or leather, with a removable cover option, and the bed can be specified with a structural bed base, an A-Box, or a storage box.
