Because most Sklar pieces are custom-made furnishings, orders cannot be canceled after 72 hours, and we ask for a 50% nonrefundable deposit. Naturally we’re subject to our suppliers’ estimates, but every effort is made to expedite delivery dates.

Our store offers special delivery accommodations for customers with unique needs or situations. These may include after-hours deliveries, specific placement instructions, alternative drop-off locations, or unique home or building layouts, subject to availability and reasonable requests. To arrange a special delivery, please contact our customer service team at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled delivery date.

Home accessories, wall art, and plants can be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they’re in the same condition as they were when purchased. Special orders are not subject to cancellation. Floor model sales are final and are not returnable.

We want to see your dreams come true. Qualifying clients are offered 12-month, no interest furniture financing. Applications take less than five minutes to fill out and credit authorization is immediate.

We wish to make the industry leading UnitersPure Furniture Plan available to all of our customers so you can protect against that accidental spill, drop, rip or tear of your new furniture.
