Designed through a collaborative process between Florian Martin and Darmes, the collection features a brilliant, high-gloss surface that mirrors light with dynamic, rippling reflections. Its half-moon silhouette radiates a soft glow downward while its polished body captures and refracts the surrounding environment, creating an immersive, shifting play of shine and shadow.
Hand-assembled in Canada from recyclable aluminum and steel, the Doppler Arc Pendant Light embodies Darmes’ dedication to craftsmanship and contemporary artistry. The pendant’s adjustable suspension and pivoting head allow you to tailor both height and beam direction, unlocking new visual possibilities in each installation. First exhibited at ICFF 2024 in New York and Alcova 2025 in Milan, the Doppler series offers a modern interpretation of fluidity and form—transforming light itself into a sculptural experience.
