Color and texture come to play in this playful print by London Art. The Phorih Wallpaper uses texture and geometric elements to invigorate.
In the ‘80s, the Hi-Tech style was expressed through metallic objects and furnishings made of raw sheet metal, with the colour range determined by the material itself. Rather than adopting a minimalist, cold interpretation, Phorih re-evaluates Hi-Tech by adopting a contemporary and decorative approach. Using contemporary and alluring colors, the image of different types of perforated sheets "assembled" into parallelepipeds successfully portrays a three-dimensionality that is richly transparent.
