"Funny Birds’ Secret Garden" is an aviary of inspiration, where imagination and art converge to celebrate the beauty of nature.
Each whimsical bird is a testament to the vibrant spirit of Venice and the lagoon that surrounds it. Born from the imaginative sketches of Anna Paola, these birds are shaped and formed in collaboration with a Murano maestro, achieving their unique forms at a fiery 1200 degrees before being hand-finished to capture Anna Paola’s vision. These poetic "Funny Birds" inhabit a bespoke habitat designed as an open aviary-style installation, complete with branches and immersed within the melodious sounds of spring birdsong. This collective of 46 unique birds symbolizes creativity, discovery, inner strength, and resilience – an inspiring homage to the natural world.
