A celebration of craftsmanship, the Freehand Edition Vases capture molten glass in motion—frozen in time yet alive with form. Each piece is shaped entirely by hand, using only wood and paper to guide the soft glass into its final, fluid silhouette. This artisanal process makes every object one-of-a-kind, honoring the rich tradition of glassmaking with a contemporary spirit.
The Heiki series pairs dual-colored glass with individually fitted wooden handles, crafted in Finland and secured with brass wire. Meanwhile, the Branch Bowls feature organically shaped glass bodies topped with hand-selected wooden lids—branches matched to each vessel and attached at the Utopia workshop in Northern Germany. These sculptural pieces are both functional and poetic, rooted in heritage and handmade precision.

Materials And Finishes
Handblown glass shaped using traditional freehand techniques, paired with hand-shaped wood handles and lids. Each handle is secured with brass wire for added detail and durability. Glass is available in dual-colored finishes, and wood components are crafted from natural branches or custom-turned pieces, finished to preserve their organic character.
