The Catellani & Smith Atman Lamp is an experimental piece that turned into something wonderful, leaving with nothing but pure elegance and simplicity.
Enzo Catellani's first experiment with a LED light source was Atman, which came to him by chance. As a result of a trip to India, he came into contact with a culture that combines spirituality and misery, silence and chaos. Enzo Catellani found holy oval stones here and recreated the shape with glass. The name ‘Atman’ comes from a Sanskrit word meaning “soul”.
