The Dodo Coffee Table by Cattelan Italia revives the ancient Balloton glassmaking tradition of Venice in a richly colored, cylindrical form that reads as living room sculpture as much as functional surface.
The Dodo Coffee Table by Cattelan Italia is a striking accent piece that brings the centuries-old artistry of Venetian glassmaking into the contemporary interior. Each table is crafted using the ancient Balloton technique, a decorative blown glass process originating with the glass masters of Venice, resulting in a richly textured cylindrical body that refracts light with exceptional depth and dimension. Available in two sizes and three jewel-toned color options, the Dodo integrates naturally into a wide range of living room palettes, its artistic glass structure resting on a bronze-embossed lacquered steel base that provides a grounded, sophisticated counterpoint to the luminous glass above.
