The Chapeau Modular Sofa features a metal frame with reclining backrests and armrests, expanded polyurethane seating with acrylic fiber layering, and a modular system that scales from a single seat to a full sectional — finished in an extensive range of upholstery and leather options.
Designed by Stefano Conficconi, the Chapeau Modular Sofa is built around a metal structure with elastic belt seat support, combining comfort engineering with relaxed, contemporary form. The seat cushion layers expanded polyurethane foam in two densities with acrylic silicon fiber, topped with an acrylic fiber cover. Backrests and armrests feature a reclining metal mechanism, covered in polyurethane and acrylic silicon fiber for a consistently soft surface. Decorative pillows are upholstered in acrylic silicon fiber. The modular system is available in six configurations — from a single seat module to a large sectional with a corner unit — and finishes with a choice of four metal foot finishes and a leather profile trim in three options.
