• Sculptural open-loop backrest
• Integrated arm and back form
• Upholstered seat and interior shell
• Bronze-finished outer shell and legs
• Polished steel rear handle
The Nido Dining Armchair is defined by a continuous, looped silhouette that forms both the backrest and arms in a single gesture. The open cut-through at the rear creates a sense of lightness, while the curved form maintains a strong architectural presence. The contrast between the upholstered interior and the structured outer shell emphasizes the chair’s duality—soft where the body meets it, and precise in its external outline.
Designed by Pininfarina, the Nido Dining Armchair features a metal and wood structure with a molded outer shell and slender tapered legs. The seat and backrest are padded and upholstered in fabric, leather, or nubuck, while the exterior shell and legs are finished in bronze or metallic tones. A polished steel handle at the back adds both a functional and visual detail, reinforcing the chair’s refined, engineered aesthetic.
