Our team brings your vision to life through a comprehensive design package, including technical drawings, 3D renderings, and curated material samples. This stage allows you to see how each piece will look and function in your space, ensuring every detail feels accurate and aligned with your original goals.
Step 4: Approval & Deposit
After reviewing your personalized design package, you’ll have the opportunity to request final adjustments before giving your full approval. Once everything looks perfect, we’ll collect a 50% deposit to officially start the production process.
Step 5: Production
Lead times vary depending on the complexity of your custom order. During this phase, we stay in close contact, providing updates on your order’s progress and answering any questions along the way. Your custom pieces are crafted with care by trusted manufacturers, using the exact specifications approved in your design package.
Step 6: Delivery & Final Payment
Once complete, our trained in-house team manages delivery and installation with the same care and precision you experienced throughout the design process. The remaining 50% balance is due upon delivery.
