2. Verify Availability

Our clearance inventory is updated every 3–4 business days. Due to high demand, some items may sell quickly and may not be immediately reflected on the site. Please verify availability with a Design Associate by following the instruction on the individual product pages

3. Set Up In-Person Inspection

To ensure your satisfaction, all clearance purchases require an in-person customer inspection at our Clearance Center. To set up an in-person product inspection call the number or use the form on the product page.

4. In-Person Inspection

All inspection-approved clearance items require a signature prior to being sold and released. All sales are final and must be picked up or delivered within two weeks of purchase. We will make shipping arrangements with you after the inspection.
