Sklar Furnishings is always looking for ways to give back to the Boca Raton community. One cause that is near and dear to our hearts is Impact 100 Palm Beach County. This organization is a collective of women from all walks of life who come together to make a difference in their community.
For those unfamiliar with Impact 100, it is a collective giving organization that is made up of more than 1,000 women who come together each year to fund grants to local nonprofit organizations. Each member donates $1,000 a year and the funds are pooled together to award grants to non-profit organizations that are making a difference in their community. These grants are all for $100,000 and go to groups who implement high impact initiatives in southern Palm Beach County. These organizations that apply include everything from education, food shortage, day care, sustainability, animal shelter and more.
At Sklar Furnishings, we believe in the power of collective giving and are proud to be a supporting member of Impact 100 Palm Beach County. We have seen firsthand the impact this organization is having on our community.
Impact 100 Palm Beach County is making a real difference in our community. Every year, they are able to award multiple grants to deserving nonprofits, which helps them to further their important mission of helping those in need.
