Lara continues to impress the design world with unique sculptural quality that transcend the follies of fashion and trend. Here are some of the pieces he designed for BDI that we love!
The versatile, triangular shape BDI Dino Coffee Table is flawless in design. A great choice for a variety of settings, the tempered glass top and bevelled lower shelf are securely attached to beautifully finished satin-nickel steel legs. An elegant, decorative element that will add a statement finish to your living room or den.
If you’re short on space not to worry, Lara also designed a smaller version as a side table. The BDI Dino Side Table brings a peaceful presence to any setting. Its soft, triangular shape makes this small table a versatile choice for a variety of settings, and perfect for use with a sectional sofa.
In both pieces, Lara seamlessly integrates 3 different textures. The balanced asymmetry along with the active flow of the pieces demonstrates how Lara is able to capture grace in design.
Lastly, the Venue credenza by BDI is an eye-catching silhouette Sklar currently has on the showroom floor. An impressive media system that was carefully created by bending its wood and glass panels, its shape remains smooth and seamless at every angle.
