An Evening of Impact: Sklar Furnishings Hosted the Junior League of Boca Raton’s 1971 Society

On the evening of September 4th, Sklar Furnishings was proud to welcome the Junior League of Boca Raton’s 1971 Society into our showroom for a night of connection, celebration, and community spirit.

The 1971 Society is a dedicated circle of supporters committed to the League’s mission of promoting voluntarism and improving the lives of those in our community. As Presenting Sponsors of the upcoming Woman Volunteer of the Year Luncheon—set to take place November 21st at The Boca Raton—this group of remarkable women is helping to shine a spotlight on those who lead with compassion and service.

The event brought together JLBR members, partners, and local leaders for an intimate evening designed to foster new relationships and amplify the League’s positive ripple effect throughout South Florida. Guests enjoyed light refreshments, engaging conversation, and a shared sense of purpose—all set within the inspiring, design-driven atmosphere of the Sklar showroom.
