The Airport Modular Bookcase by Cattelan Italia is a spectacular, configurable shelving system conceived by Giorgio Cattelan. Designed to be wall-mounted, ceiling-hung, corner-installed, or positioned as a freestanding room divider, Airport adapts to the demands of modern open living with flexible elegance. Brackets and pillars are crafted from embossed lacquered steel in five metallic tones, while shelves and storage containers are available in six wood and surface finishes, including the handcrafted Brushed Bronze and Brushed Grey options that lend a luminous, artisanal warmth. Shelf widths span from a compact 35⅜" to a sweeping 122", with a full range of pillar heights and container configurations that allow Airport to scale from a slim wall arrangement to a full architectural room partition. Eleven total finish combinations across frame and shelf materials ensure each Airport installation carries a look distinctly its own.
