We met the clients, a delightful young couple from California, when they were still in the construction phase of their new condo in Boca Raton. They wanted to eliminate the walls in the kitchen so they would have a large communal living space where the family could all be together but all be doing different activities.
Due to our ability to offer all services from the ground up we were able to specify wonderful products for all the major surfaces in the space. Porcelain tile that looks like a beautiful wood floor and Caesar marble stone counters with a quartzite counter set the stage for the rest of the furnishings. The kitchen is pure white with metal accents.
Three separate built ins from our Italian manufacturer all offer different usages in this area – one was designed to house a desk, one was designed for the TV unit and the third was our closet system which was perfect for the space.
The clients love pops of accent colors. The main palette was one of taupes, soft grays and wood tones. All peaceful, restful and colors that will please for a very long time. Burnt orange was used on the leather dining chair seats – a perfect foil for the wood of the dining table and chairs. A couple of the accent chairs are in turquoise and play off the colorful glass pieces. The overall feel is one of warm sophistication. They are thrilled with the space as they should be. It is beautiful!
